By confirming a booking with Amu Discovery, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days before the tour start date and time. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued.
If the booking is canceled 3 days (72 hours) before the tour start date and time, a 50% refund of the total amount will be provided.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
Cancellations made on the day of the tour are non-refundable, as all operational arrangements have already been completed.
If the guest does not arrive at the agreed pick-up time and location and fails to inform us in advance, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Requests to change the tour date or time must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time and are subject to availability.
Delays caused by guests, including late arrival or spending more time than scheduled at stops, do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or itinerary changes requested by the guest after the tour has started.
Tours operate in most weather conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions unless the tour is canceled by us for safety reasons.
If the tour is canceled by us due to operational issues or force majeure, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
